Written on May 24, 2014 by Campus Life in Professional

IE Entrepreneurship Club has always been following the technology trends and teaching these to the student community since it was founded. On April 29th, The IE Entrepreneurship Club Presented “Bitcoin, in Cryptography We Trust, the Definite Guide to the Virtual Currency” with Cameron Rout, Bitcoin Enthusiast & Entrepreneur.

It was an event to teach and talk about this famous digital currency and how it was disrupting different industries. Moreover, the students that attended to the event were introduced to this trend, giving the possibility to understand the process that this has been suffering to be adopted by big companies and used it by early adopters.

Cameron Rout is an entrepreneur, IMBA Nov 2013 Student, startup & Bitcoin enthusiast, who has built, coded, led and learned from several startup projects of varying degrees of failure and learning. In his professional career, these lessons began to influence his direction and evolved into a passion for turning solutions into innovations both large & small.

Please keep following our Facebook Page to stay updated about future events organized by IE Entrepreneurship Club.
