developing afriaOn September 29th, 2014, the IE Africa club welcomed Mr. Okendo Lewis Gayle, founder of the Harambe Entrepreneur Alliance. Harambe Alliance is a network of highly educated African entrepreneurs from leading universities around the world.

Mr. Gayle spoke extensively about Harambe and the positive milestones it has reached in supporting and mentoring entrepreneurs from Africa. In addition, he highlighted the new partnerships to be entered into with our school, IE, including the possibility of a scholarship and extension of access to internship opportunities for IE African students.

It was indeed a fruitful event, as Harambe´s goals perfectly complemented our clubs vision and created room for future partnerships to the benefit of all. We were all encouraged to drive our entrepreneurship side and register with Harambe to access their wealth of resources and also gain support for our initiatives.
